RX Division
Athletes in the RX division should be able to perform these movements (not an exhaustive list):
- Box jump variations 24/20'
- Toes to bar
- Pull ups and chest to bar
- Bar muscle ups
- Handstand push ups / wall walks
- Snatch at a minimum of 135 lbs (male) / 95 lbs (female)
- Cleans at a minimum of 185 lbs (male) / 125 lbs (female)
- Deadlift at a minimum of 185 lbs (male) / 125 lbs (female)
- Thrusters at a minimum of 135 lbs (male) / 95 lbs (female)
- Shoulder to overhead at a minimum of 135 lbs (male) / 95 lbs (female)
- Dumbbell movements (cleans, snatch, lunges, presses) 50 lbs (male) / 35 lbs (female)
- Row, Ski and Bike
Scaled Division
Athletes in the Scaled division should be able to perform these movements (not an exhaustive list):
- Box step over variations 24/20'
- Knee raises
- Pull ups and chest to bar
- Scaled wall walks
- Snatch at a minimum of 95 lbs (male) / 65 lbs (female)
- Cleans at a minimum of 135 lbs (male) / 95 lbs (female)
- Deadlift at a minimum of 135 lbs (male) / 95 lbs (female)
- Thrusters at a minimum of 95 lbs (male) / 65 lbs (female)
- Shoulder to overhead at a minimum of 95 lbs (male) / 65 lbs (female)
- Dumbbell movements (cleans, snatch, lunges, presses) 35 lbs (male) / 20 lbs (female)
